Shipping Policy

Tracking details become available right after your goods leave our warehouse. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you used for checkout. Be sure to check spam or junk folders if you cannot locate the dispatch notification email.

We take no responsibility for losses brought by natural disasters (including floods, fire events, tornadoes), terrorist‑related incidents, customs or postal worker strikes, civil unrest, riots, territorial conflicts, severe extreme weather events, or telecommunication infrastructure failures.

Orders delivered to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam and Alaska are not eligible for express delivery options.

3. SHIPPING FEE

We charge USD 6 for shipping.

Buyers bear the reshipping expense when parcels get returned due to incomplete or incorrect recipient address and contact details.

4. DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO ADDRESS?

APO/FPO/DPO delivery addresses are supported. Please note transit duration may extend up to 25 business days. For shipments going to these addresses, recipients might need to collect parcels at their local courier outlet.

5. WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES?

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

leouyu has no control over customs duties or import fees imposed by local border authorities. All arising customs‑related costs must be covered by buyers, and we shall not be liable for such charges. Item prices shown on our site do not include any import‑related taxes. Since customs rules differ greatly across territories, we cannot give you an accurate prediction of potential duty amounts.

In case you decline to receive your delivered goods, carriers may send packages back to leouyu. Once returned merchandise arrives at our facility, we will process your refund. Original shipping fees will not be refunded because shipping service has already been performed.

6. COUNTRIES AND AREAS WE CURRENTLY DO NOT SHIP TO

Due to regional regulatory restrictions, deliveries to the locations listed below are suspended. We have to pause order fulfillment for these destinations temporarily. We will issue prompt notice once shipping access gets restored.

* Please raise your support ticket within 6 months after shipment date if your parcel fails to arrive on schedule. Our support team will reply within 24 working hours. Requests submitted past this time‑frame may not get processed.
